Mandie Forman-Sklansky
Head of Human Resources
Mandie oversees the strategic direction and administration of talent management and employee matters. Prior to Janux, Mandie led the People & Talent function at The Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, CA. Mandie also previously served as the Head of Human Resources at Artivest, a financial services firm based in La Jolla, CA and New York, NY. Before starting her career in Human Resources roles in 2015, Mandie practiced law in New York, New Jersey and Minnesota with a focus on complex commercial litigation.
Mandie received a B.S. in Communications from Syracuse University, S.I. Newhouse School of Communications, and her J.D. from New York Law School. Mandie also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
