Kevin Watt

Vice President, Program and Portfolio Management

Kevin leads cross-functional program execution and portfolio strategy across the company’s pipeline. He brings more than 20 years of pharmaceutical and biotechnology leadership experience, with deep expertise in strategic program management, portfolio prioritization, drug development operations, and executive decision support. Kevin partners closely with cross-functional drug development teams and executive leadership to align complex programs with corporate strategy, drive operational excellence, and enable disciplined, data-driven investment decisions.

Prior to joining Janux, Kevin served as Executive Director, Head of Program Management at Mirati Therapeutics, where he was instrumental in advancing the company’s lead clinical asset through clinical development, regulatory approval, and commercial launch. Following Mirati’s acquisition by BMS, he served as Enterprise Integration Lead, helping guide the organization through a critical transition. Earlier in his career, Kevin held multiple leadership roles at Pfizer including Senior Portfolio Director for the Oncology Business, Worldwide Business Development Integration Director, and Clinical Research Operations Strategy Lead.

Kevin holds an M.B.A. from Rutgers Business School and a B.A./B.S. from Rutgers University.
